My mother was a chef and I followed her lead. I have worked from coast to coast with amazing chef's in multiple venues from country clubs and hotels, to private restaurants and have been blessed with a broad knowledge in a variety of cuisines. I bring creativity, passion, dependability, adaptability, and personality with me. I'm looking for place to ply my craft and have fun doing so. I am results driven, organized,and focused on the task at hand. Preparation is the key to success in anything a person does and I pride myself and going to great legths to do so.
