Chef Job in Del Rio, Tennessee

We are a full service Dude Ranch in Tennessee. We are seeking a head chef to lead our hospitality department. Duties include preparing and serving 3 family style meals per day. Maintain kitchen cleanliness standards. Supervise and help on room turnovers and makeups. Supervise and maintain lodge and hotel general areas for cleanliness. We run a very clean "ship" and the head chef is in charge of the hospitality areas. This job grants the chef the opportunity to meet and greet the guests being served. The compliments from our guests in the dining room directly to chef is a reward not usually available in the back of the house. We offer a year round opportunity with a base salary (tbd), merit pay bonuses, free living quarters, free utilities, free food and wifi. You have no expenses for living except for your own personal bills. After 1 year you get one week paid vacation. After 2 years you get 2 weeks each year. We cook primarily with southern flair with an Italian and Mexican meal thrown in for good measure.
