Client in Maumee

Looking for an experienced "hands-on" Chef/BOH manager for a small kitchen with less than 10 employees. This job would require about 50-55 hours a week and is a salary paid position. The pub is upscale with a scratch kitchen. Must be ServSafe Certified, good with people, have great communication skills, a strong work ethic & have excellent planning skills & creativity.
