Award winning Culinar with over 5 years in the industry as well as studying to become a registered dietitian. I consider myself a Caterer and Personal Chef. Junior board member of the ACF with a focus on Asian (sushi included), Latin and vegetarian cuisine. I’ve worked with many diets from paleo, vegan, raw food diet, Mediterranean. I enjoy having fun with my cooking which assists in preparing dishes that are loved. I live by the saying, “You eat with your eyes before your mouth.” I don’t consider myself a baker but absolutely magnificent with preparing danishes, cakes and cookies.
