I went on a healing journey in 2012 that changed my connection to food and the way I view it.. In this, I found my passion. I am plant based now. It is no shock I love to cook, I have always loved cooking. I have always loved being in the kitchen cooking with whoever is cooking, especially my mother I would and still do help her bake from scratch, anything and everything from rugula pastries, pizza and breads to cheesecakes, crepes,quiche, sushi, empanadas. Now the tables have turned and she usually helps me! I chose to take continue my education and took a culinary class at Pinellas Technical college to extend my knowledge and gain a certification in culinary arts. There I found I like cooking for people personally much more than working for big corporations, until I can open my own cafe and yoga studio that is. Now, I look forward to cooking for you!
