Cooking professionally since 2001, I have been able to work for and with some of the countries most talented chefs throughout my career. I have cooked in LA, SF, NYC, and HI, working in diverse restaurant environments from the 40-seat Michelin-star restaurant to boutique hotels, and many concepts in between. Since stepping away from restaurants, I have been drawing from my experience as a professional chef to bring people together through delicious food and unique one of a kind experiences. I am drawn most to the California sensibility when it comes to my cooking. I am heavily influenced by my surroundings and who I am cooking for. I pull inspiration from my experiences in professional kitchens and my travels in Europe, Southeast Asia, Central America, and the Pacific Islands. I enjoy curating and collaborating to create the most unique experiences I can while cooking food that is lively, bold, nutrient-dense and satiating
