Hello there! I’m a Pacific NW Native, and the Sous Chef at a Modern French/Italian Restaurant in Charlotte, NC. I graduated a Dual Major in Culinary Arts & Baking and Pastry, with a minor in Nutrition.
I specialize mainly in fine dining plated or family style meals ranging from 1-20 people. I’m happy to create a menu based on your palate, guests, and events. I also have 5 years in weight loss meal planning, and not limited to keto, paleo, gluten and dairy free meals. Meals for kiddos as well!
My strong suit is Italian scratch cooking, with heavy use of protein and seasonal, local produce. Although I am well versed in many cuisines, I’m happy to accommodate any requests. I’m looking to provide an amazing meal as well as an unforgettable experience along with it.
