With almost a decade of professional cooking experience, I have worked at some of New York's best restaurants. I have cooked for presidents, athletes, and most recently spent 2 years cooking for the family of the legendary actor Robert Di Nero. I am comfortable with large catering events, intimate dinner parties, or simple family meals. Cooking at restaurants such as the 3 Michelin Star Per Se has equipped me with the skills to create memorable meals for you and your guests.

Will is an extraordinary chef and coordinator. The private dishes and catered loads have been delicious beyond comprehension, fresh and made with attentiveness to specific requests. His dishes are garnished and curated so carefully; most certainly instagramable haha. I have used Will’s services for corporate, private/personal and client events, and to date I haven’t the slightest disappointment in his end-product. I would be willing to back anything this Chef is associated with.
