Plant-based chef, Katelyn Kelly, began her culinary journey at the premier school for plant-based cuisine, the Living Light Culinary Institute in Fort Bragg, California. Katelyn obtained a Mastery of Raw Vegan Cuisine and Artisan Desserts certification, as well as a Nutrition Educator certification. She has been a food-lover her whole life and wants to spread her passion for optimal health through plant-based foods that are both gourmet, and nutritionally abundant.
