My name is Drew Smith and I am an award winning restaurateur with over a decade in the food and hospitality industry. My passion resides in culinary craftsmanship with a strong background in management. I strongly believe in the power of organization and communication in the sense that it helps an operation flow smoothly and more efficiently. I have worked in small service restaurants, large scale sports venues, and directly managed grassroots operations from the ground up. I have experience hiring and managing teams that vary in size from 3-80 team members. I currently own and operate my business, The Baker Bois, that started in 2012 which specializes in private catering events, team building culinary adventures, recipe creation and modification, team training, building SOP's, and law compliance. My education background is in Nutrition and Dietetics with my training being accredited from Baylor University and Texas Woman's University. I have been working in restaurants since I was 14 years old working under classically trained chefs and gaining industry knowledge through firsthand experience. I am available for hire and am looking for a place that I can set my roots and help grow and expand the company that I am working with.
