This job opening is for the position of kitchen manager/sous chef at Chetco Seafood Co.'s restaurant and Lounge In Brookings, OR. We are offering a 30-40hr/wk job. You must have: A valid manager certified sanitation certification. I.e. Servsafe An OLCC servers permit Expert standards on cleanliness and sanitation Basic knowledge of the mother sauces, soup and stock building, knife skills, and cooking techniques. Basic knowledge of inventory management and preparation organization.
