Delizioso Wine and Gelato is a local gelato café serving frozen treats, savory snacks, shareable small plates with artisan espresso, local wine and craft beer. We are currently hiring for BOH positions and looking to fill our lead cook and part time cook. LEAD COOK: We are looking for someone who is passionate about food and excited to have creative freedom in developing a small plates menu with our leadership team. We are creating a menu with cheese and charcuterie boards, flat breads, panini's, veggies and hummus, fresh salads, and baked mac and cheese. We want a simple and delicious menu that can be replicated by the BOH team and are open to ideas for additional options and chef specials. Consistency is important, and so is quality items our guests will be excited to come back for again and again. Upon interview, please be prepared to present at least 5 specific items recipes you would prepare. (Just the recipe) Compensation: negotiable base plus sales based bonus - DOE PART TIME COOK: You should be as excited about great food as we are! Ready to learn the recipes from the lead cook to offer guests a consistent experience every time they come in. Be ready to bring your own creativity to the team - we are always eager to add a new special or perfect an existing item with your ideas as well!
