Chef's Wanted for The Crescent Beach Club, The Sous Chef will work with the kitchen to ensure consistent and efficient production of all recipes. He/she will be responsible, along with the back of the house team, for performance of food to achieve goals for performance and profitability. He/she will be responsible for organizing and executing of all catered events. Skills/Requirments Fast Paced Environment, General Knife Handling, and Standard Cooking Skills In The Kitchen. Cleaning/ Sanatation Executing Banquets Ordering/ Purchasing Expediting Enforcement of Safety/ Sanitation Standards.
