At current I'm close to completing a certificate for Health Coach this summer 2017 at The Institute For Integrative Nutrition. I studied Culinary Arts and Restaurant Management at San Bernardino Valley College . I hold my Serv Safe certification , HACCP trained and can obtain any permits or license for required job. The last employed position I held was Traveling Chef for a railroad company. As a Private Chef I can offer healthy meal options prepared in the clients home. I do consultations on food awareness, weight loss, eating and preparing for Lap Ban and Bariatric surgery , pantry makeovers by appointment.
