I am a full-time personal chef and now accepting new clients! I worked as a cook in an all organic deli for four years and out of that experience blossomed a sincere love of healthy cooking and a healthy, holistic lifestyle. I started a personal chef business in 2010 and have worked with many clients. From me, they have learned how to replace ingredients with better choices, shop for healthy foods on a budget, improve their health, and eat comfort foods while still losing weight. I am a testament to my own business as I have lost almost 50 pounds and have become a happier, healthier person since focusing on a holistic approach to eating and cooking. My specialty is cooking for those with food allergies or intolerances, so if you need to eat foods free of gluten, dairy, nightshades, soy, grains, etc., then I am your girl. I am also well versed with vegetarian and vegan cooking, although I absolutely cook with meats and really whatever you like. I do try to stay true to my mission though by finding ways to make the foods you love as healthy as possible! My flat weekly rate of $400 (discounts provided to clients residing within 10 miles of Warrenton, VA) covers all of the meal planning, grocery shopping (cost of food is not included in rate), travel (excessive distance may incur an additional fee), in-home cooking, instructions for reheating/finishing, and clean-up. I will only be in your home for a few hours, one day per week, and I will provide approximately one week's worth of food. Meals can also be frozen. I am licensed and have excellent local references.
