I am not a professional chef. I am a home cook whose hobby of cooking, trying new recipes, following blogs, working around a child's food allergy, throwing countless themed dinner parties and gatherings, and loving food has overtaken the rest of her life! I can cook a wide range of foods, and am particularly skilled at making typical recipes more healthful. I cook a full dinner daily for my family of four, and weekly for friends and relatives. The Farmer's Markets are some of my favorite hangouts, and setting up themed meals and gatherings is a fun challenge for me.
