In my current role as Executive Chef at The Palate in Greenwood Village, I helped the owners establish the restaurant from the ground up, and developed a loyal clientele for the restaurant by creating a high-quality and consistent fine dining experience through menu creation, staff development, and customer service. The restaurant revenues have grown consistently since inception, and the restaurant was recognized with the Open Table Diner’s Choice Award in February 2016. I regularly have well-known local sports personalities who enjoy dining in my restaurant and having access to the Chef for feedback and general conversation. My experience also includes working at the Stratford in San Mateo, CA, a boutique luxury retirement condominium community with over 65 residents. This position required me to excel not only in maintaining quality dishes in a volume production environment, but also managing the operational and business aspects of the dining experience for clients. And my experience at One Market restaurant in San Francisco, where I studied under the well-known Chef Bradley Ogden, in one of the most demanding, fine-dining markets in the country, I not only learned how to create and prepare exceptional dishes, but also learned the skills needed to successfully deliver high-quality food service for restaurant, banquet, and special events such as weddings and private parties.
