I have been doing different things, from catering small events to weddings,art exhibitions, etc, culinary demostrations, culinary competitions, pop up events, festival vending, workshops teaching kids and adults, team building cooking. I opened a small cafe 4 years and years later a small restaurant wich I sold a month ago. I love to have a job where I can continue showing what traditional Mexican food is and the wonderful roots I have to the world.
