I can help you if you have allergies or you are gluten free or vegan as well as low carb, Paleo, healthy eating/ clean eating and want diabetic friendly desserts that are guilt free. I also would like to collaborate with other chefs and be in charge of making the dessert menus or be a private chef cooking for a family, prepping their meals at home and helping them eat better and have an opportunity to gather at the table having family dinners like good old times. I have raised two health conscious daughters, who still call home and ask for recipes and cook and bake with me on occasion. I can also cook for your elderly parents and make sure they get the nutrition their bodies need instead of filling up on toast and jam or too many frozen dinners which are high on sodium and preservatives.
