Currently I am a private chef ith a team of 5 cooks for families in Highland Park. I also run a catering business for their friends and associates. I have about 8 years experience teaching at Central Market ith celebrity chefs from around the nation. I have an outgoing personality and presence and have rarely found a situation here I cannot make the customer happy. The thrill of cooking and satisfying people has still not left me! I have the passion and management ability to run a kitchen very effectively.
