Chef in Sacramento, California

Hi my name is Etienne. i know it is a name looks crazy try to say that 5 times in a row lol.. Every calls me ET. Like above i am very passionate when it comes to my cooking. I have cooked in almost every restaurant you can think of except Asian. So i taught my self how to get some there flavors down and roll sushi. i have been cooking since i was 8 years old for my siblings and im the youngest. With my Mom being a teacher then opening up here own School i take learning and my skill set very seriously. Also with saying that i love to teach people of all ages what i have learned in the industry..Almost every job i have had i was ether a lead or a manager and it was not the position i applied for. It is just the upper management with help of the front of the house basically saying the kitchen runs like a well tone machine when im back there in the Kitchen and be-leave me im not blowing my own head up but its just how it goes. i never in my 27 years of cooking and being rated 3 and half stars by Sacramento food association and the sac bee i never excepted tips until two years ago when people wanted to meet the chef i would just tell them the smile on your face is all i need. Im also skilled in other things im a born leader being a foreman in the construction field I encwired other skills like safety awareness is one of my things for others and your self big time if your doing something to were someone could die if not paying attention. i have my hazmats cert along with several more safety a and hazard materials of use and disposal. And that was recognized at American river college when the instructors asked me if i wanted a pat time job being a shop tech. Anyway i could go one and one just wanted to tell you a little about myself and if giving the chance you want be disappointed thank you for your time to read this
