Chef Job in Chattanooga, Tennessee

I am looking for a head chef/kitchen director for a cafe/coffee/bar style restaurant with a unique twist. We need some who can help create and refine our menu, manage food orders and inventory, hire and train kitchen staff, manage and evaluate equipment needs, understand and enforce food safety policies, motivate and create a positive culture, and be willing to be operational at the restaurant.
