I have worked in a hotel that hosts up to nine restaurants showcasing different cuisines.....and I am proud to have worked in all nine learning and teaching different methods of food preparation and presentation.....I will be able to pass on these traits to your establishment in order to help with the fulfillment of your company's goal(s). In addition to this I have experienced working in fast paced environments, worked under pressure, and have even worked part time as a supervisor in an a la carte restaurant, also as a catering chef for weddings and other functions.
