I am Matthew Wheelock and I am 23 years old. I have been on Tv, catered, worked in restaurants, graduated from one of the best culinary schools in the country, and have cooked for gluten free, dairy free, kosher, vegan diets at a summer camp. I have also worked in restaurants in New York, New Orleans, and D.C. One of them won a Michelin Star and the rest were all highly rated. I would love to get in the personal chef industry to show my talents for cooking for people with dietary needs. I also have experience with many cuisines and will always have interesting flavors going on in the kitchen.
