I teach my team to cook for family and serve humbly. I gladly go the extra mile for special diet requests and cook the item myself if needed and train while I cook. I try to never say no to a guest and try to table touch every table. I never leave my team in a lurch, if I need to stay I stay and train thrust the meal period.
