I am a professional chefs with 10 years experience in The Culinary world. I studied at the Art Institute of California where I thin worked in several types of kitchens around San Diego. EX: Personal chef, fine dining restuarants, casual restaurants, catering, Hotel work, chef of a food truck, banquets and others. I cook many different styles of cuisine and never stop learning. In 2016 I started working for a French Master Chef for over 2 years working in various locations in Rancho Santa Fe and Hotel del Coronado being the main ones.

Personally one of my favorite guys out there because he maintains the original spirit of cuisine and is constantly sharpening his skills. I would highly recommend Timothy. I say this because he is a very fast learner and likes to help others. He picks up tasks that aren’t in his scope of support but tries his best to perform. Another thing is he is very professional and is always on top of things. He makes sure to get things done in an orderly and timely matter, and is always very good with detail.
