I have been a fine dining chef for 18 years. I am only 34 and have a fresh take on old recipes, while still preserving their authentic qualities that made them so great. I love to cook all different types of dishes. I love outside BBQ or an all day Smoking event, to preparing a 6 course meal for you and guests. Want to have a cooking party where everyone is involved? Lets party! I can walk through and teach step by step to anyone who wants to participate. (There will be those who just look and than eat!!!) I have done events ranging from birthday parties, to sit down dinners, bachelor parties to country all day smoke feasts.
