Essentially what I have been doing for the last 14 years is teaching BBQ, Grilling & Smoking in the summer. Soup making and everything in between in the winter. The Thanksgiving/Christmas Turkey and other holiday treats are also offered. I play with food and different ways to cook it. Have you ever tried "Disc Cooking?" Deep Fried Turkey?
