I have a degree from the culinary institute of America in baking and pastry. I have been cooking most of my career. I have done many home parties, but they were thru whatever restaurant I has with at the time. I has one of the banquet chef at Mario's before it close for 5 years. I am servsafe certified. I have always wanted to be a personal chef, my favorite thing about cooking for people is to see how much they love my food. I believe simple is better, and that every meal you eat should be the best meal you have ever had. I can cook anything and if I haven't made it before I will find out how to make it. I am here to make great food for anyone that wants great food.
