I attended the Inland Northwest Culinary Academy developing my skills in all facets of a kitchen such as menu creations, inventory, scheduling, team building, writing prep lists and meeting OSHA & local health department requirements. I relocated to Hamilton 10 months ago because of a new relationship and I enjoy the different scenery. The most important skills that I have learned and honed over the years is to think on your feet in a high pressure environment while still being professional. I enjoy working with a team to have one common goal, to prepare great quality of food for guests to enjoy.
