I have 16 years experience 7 of which as culinary school graduate. I have 2 years experience as a kitchen manager and two years as a sous chef. I have worked 3 years as caterer for a church providing meals for up to 200 people. My experience with cuisine is diverse and includes Thai, Italian, Cajun, Mexican, and a host of American regional fares. I personally experiment with African and Caribbean as well as Indian food.
