THIS SUMMER create fresh dishes in a park by the sea, then have your nights totally FREE. Governors Island is 20 degrees cooler, a 5 minute ferry from both Lower Manhattan, Brooklyn, and it's absolutely bike-centric. PART-TIME: 4 days max - Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday 9-5. SOUS CHEF: Set-up, breakdown. Sandwich and grill menu. Monitor inventory. Food Handler's a plus. PREP CHEF: Good knife skills, organized station, sandwich and snack plates, clean & help inventory.
