Chef in Santa Rosa, California

I worked as a pastry chef, baker and cold dishes chef (ceviches, salads, cheese boards, & desserts) in San Luis Obispo at several top food restaurants/companies. Developing a palate for fresh Californian cuisine in SLO made me curious to branch out. I moved to Sonoma County to experience the fresh cuisine up here and see why there is so much great food--exquisite ingredients. If I'm not cooking, I am hiking with my Doberman, Zayda. I have a love for health & wellness, which reflects in my style of cooking. I incorporate my pastry chef and my personal training experiences into my style of cooking and baking.
