Chef in Houston, Texas

Chef Scott is our go-to chef now for when we entertain at home or do not feel like cooking. His talents are so eclectic, and his ability to diversify dishes on the fly for some of our younger, more picky eaters is so helpful. We hired him last year for an anniversary party where we had sushi/sashimi/Chilean sea bass, and although it wasn't planned, he entertained our friends and family, teaching them how to roll sushi and pair each with a different saki. We also had a pool party a few months later. Not only did he kill it with our BBQ theme, when we had guests show up later in the evening, he stayed to cook us steak and seafood for dinner(went to the store too) and made the most amazing cocoa coffee frappe drink I have ever had. We have him grace us with his yummy goodness once a month now and make up a holiday when we need to just to keep our new tradisiton going. We love him! If you want a far more talented chef than he lets on who is fun to be around, Chef Scott is the perfect choice. It is a little awkward at first having someone else cook in your home when you aren't used to it, and after five minutes, we forgot he wasn't part of the family! Thanks, Chef! - The Mikeska's
