My style of cooking is cooking with what’s in season from shopping at local communities and certify organic farmers. Living in the Bay Area has expose to me the great abundance that surrounds us. I now focus on cooking for families in there own homes and catering to their dietary needs.
Everything from going to the grocery store picking the perfect ripped fruit and foraging herbs and bringing it all together in the kitchen.
Cooking is what brings meaning to my life. It’s truly my passion since I was a young men. I want to be able to share the same love I have for food with you, so you can experience one of life's greatest joys and feel that same satisfaction I get when I cook for you.
My experience includes Japanese, French, American, Indian, Mexican, Italian, BBQ and Seafood dishes. Dietary needs such as Vegan, Vegetarian, Pescatarian, Keto, Gluten Free, Paleo and Low Glycemic.
