Chef in Virginia Beach, Virginia

I was a private Chef for a family of 3 for 8 years until I had to stop to deal with brain tumors. I'm happy to say that I'm cancer free now for 2 years and don't have to worry about it coming back. I've been a Chef now for 20 years and was voted Chef of the year for the state of Virginia. I'm a U.S.Navy Veteran who served 10 years with an Purple Heart and Honorable Discharge. I'm trained in food allergies, can do Vegan, healthy foods for kids lunches. I'm VERY CLEAN and store and label foods properly as well as keeping sanitizer bucket near me at all times to prevent cross contamination. I'm very big on keeping hot foods hot at the proper temperature and scold foods cold, I also will be wearing gloves when handling raw foods. I DO NOT SMOKE OR DRINK!!!
