Former Chef to Paul Martin, Ottawa senators, Montreal Canadiens and Boston Bruins, is now offering cooking classes and dinner party catering in your home. All classes are geared towards your personal interests and can include menu planning and ingredient sourcing, where you will learn how to shop like a chef for the best and freshest ingredients possible.  Basic class includes a 2 hour, 1on 1 lesson, learning to make a fine dining restaurant caliber meal.  Advanced classes include, menu planning, ingredient sourcing and a full 3 course meal.  I also offer the dinner party experience, where you will learn everything in the advanced class and we will prepare a 3 course meal for you and 9 friends so you can impress them with your culinary skill.  For pricing and availability, contact Terry at [email protected]
