Flagship at Largest Social Media Company in the world is currently seeking a Strong-Experienced India Cuisine Lead Cook in Menlo Park, Weekends Off. You will be preparing a range of Tandoori and Curry dishes using the traditional techniques, herbs and spices and responsible for planning menus and preparing fresh and authentic Indian meals. REQUIREMENTS • 5 years’ experience working in a high volume corporate casual/ or high volume kitchen • Requires a positive attitude in a high volume fast paced environment. • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. • Proficient knife skills, and understands how to read and execute a recipe. • Must have a great attitude, be a team player, and have the ability to communicate with coworkers & customers BENEFITS!
