Chef Job in Dothan, Alabama

Indian & Italian Chef needed for (Enterprise AL / Ozark AL) Candidate will be responsible for all kitchen activities in a high production, fast paced environment and will report directly to the Owner. Monday through Saturday work week preparing breakfast, lunch and executive catering with one day off in the week. Experienced Indian chef or experienced chef with basic knowledge of Italian cooking need to apply. Duties Include: * Preparing entrees, vegetables, soups and sauces using standard recipes * Preparing various Indian/ Italian standard recipes and solid culinary knowledge needed to prepare fresh and flavorful dishes. * Direct other kitchen personnel to ensure timely preparation and display of all foods. * Insure Quality Control in all areas of food production including Display Cooking, Beverages and Catering. * Develop menus that are creative, well balanced and cost effective. * Culinary Arts education or minimum 1 to 2 years experience required
