Hello! My name is Julie and I am a chef with over 10 years of experience in the industry. The majority of my experience was obtained in Los Angeles, working for top culinary companies such as Rustic Canyon Group, Santa Monica Seafood, Sur La Table Cooking Schools and hClub Los Angeles. I earned a Bachelors of Science in Culinary Management and have broad knowledge of the histories, cultures and morphology of many world cuisines. I adore teaching people new skills in the kitchen, as well as crafting personalized catering experiences for in-home festivities. I have experience teaching children’s cooking courses as well, and welcome all ages into my classes.
