I am an Italian experienced chef with more than 12 years spent in kitchen worldwide. I taught to others how to cook the Italian way, and learned in France how to transform vegetable in healthy and delicious recipes. Strong with meat and fish, and able to prepare voluptuous desserts. I think everyone should find their way to cook, not blindly follow recipes, but understanding methods of cooking and quality of ingredients. Italy has a long tradition in culinary art, that somehow is build inside any Italian. We grow up helping adults making homemade pasta. My parents where restaurant's owner, and I learned from every chef who landed a job in my family business.
