I'm a 30 years experienced Italian Chef and Certified Sommellier from the center of Italy. My family owned restaurants in Italy since 1977 in which I had the privilege to work in. Later on I owned a beach front restaurant in Italy until I moved to Puerto Rico. In early 2020 i moved in Austin after 20 years in Pr . Truffle is one of my preferred ingredients like porcini mushrooms . I like to offer my customers the simplicity of the traditional Italian Cuisine, full of flavor using the very best ingredients.
