Good afternoon,
I am doing some research on the cost to hire a chef to cook for private events for anywhere from 30 to 150 people ranging from one meal to three meals a day for 5 days.
This is for a fully operational 8 room hotel and restaurant with a commercial kitchen. Built on crooked lake in Babson Park Fl in 1917.
