Chef Job in Scottsdale, Arizona

I need someone mature , level headed and experienced with multiple cuisines. Must be able to commit to 60 hrs a week for 2- 2 1/2 months. Then take 1 to 2 weeks off and then open another restaurant. This will be in several cities in the valley , then Tucson and Flagstaff/Sedona (in the summer). After we have opened as many restaurants as are available you would then monitor, visit and have meetings at each one on a regular basis. Expense account for Hotels, gas etc. this will be a Salary plus profit position. More details when you contact me.
