Chef Job in Alexandria, Virginia

I am a busy professional who needs help with weekly high-protein and nutritious meal prep. I am a creature of habit and when I had a less busy job, would meal prep the same breakfast, lunches, and snacks for every week, but now have a schedule where that is impossible. I need someone who can work 1 afternoon a week: picking up the ingredients at the store, and then putting the meals together in my kitchen using primarily recipes I provide. I would also like your input on nutritious and high-protein snacks and breakfasts that could be meal prepped to add variety to my diet. If we work well together, I sometimes host large parties and would be interested in your help catering those parties as well.
