Boo Coo Roux, a cajun style food truck, is looking for a cook to join our team ASAP. Ideal applicants will possess the following qualities:
* Friendly, charismatic, and outgoing
* 1 years of kitchen experience, culinary students welcome
* The ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
* An aptitude for basic math skills
* A self starter
* Food truck experience a plus
* Experience with cajun cuisine a plus
20-40 hours/wk, $10.50/hour Tips
Normal working hours will be between 8am - 3pm, M-F, however nights and weekends do occur.
Must be able to travel to various locations around Chicago; either by public transit, car, or bike.
