Chef Job in Calgary, Alberta

My doctor has me on a very restrictive diet (a slightly modified version of the autoimmune paleo protocol) for the next couple of months and I’m looking for someone to cook several diet-compliant proteins for me I can have through the week (starches and vegetables my wife and I like to do fresh). We enjoy cuisines from all over the world, from East Asia (we both come from Chinese families) SE Asia, South Asia, the Middle East, North Africa, West Africa, Europe and Latin America. We prefer working with a chef that is creative with food and likes the challenge of balancing flavour and texture and not just letting large blasts of salt, sugar and fat “make the dish”. Mondays would be our preferred cooking day work the week but open to other days which may be suitable for you. Open to discussing rate but willing to pay up for experience and talent.
