I am looking to change the menu a little with the tapas in mind, I have certain plates in mind but do not want to over crowd my menu. I would like minimum of 5-8 plates at a given breakfast,brunch or dinner. This will not be a fine wine and dine restaurant but more of a casual wine bar with cocktails and small plates to enjoy while you drink and take in the ombionce. Looking for a open minded chef with small plates experience looking to grow and teach with me.
