The Spencer Hotel and Spa is a 24 room literary themed hotel located within the historic Chautauqua Institution. An elevator services all four floors and the facility is climate controlled ( central air & heat). Each room has a private bath, cable television and free WiFi internet service. We are seeking to fill a permanent Chef/Cook position. Experienced individual who can plan, prepare and oversee serving of meals (breakfasts/dinners) based upon rotating set menus. The number of guests served daily will range from 12-45 depending upon hotel occupancy. Advance prep experience,portion control/estimating and ordering and ability to coordinate all food preparation to ensure timely meal service to our guests is required.
