Head chef that can create, delegate, lead, budget and be a people person. This person must have excellent writing and communication skills. Be motivated and have a passion for food. Must be clean and organize. We are looking for a mature and serious professional person that loves to work and loves to create new dishes. This person must be willing to train the FOH and be respectful. They must know how to maintain a budget and know how to work in a medium size kitchen.
